What we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, mobile and company/property name.
- Property details: suburb and the issue description you provide.
- Technical attribution data: page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, click IDs.
How we use it
To respond to your inspection request, arrange a site visit where appropriate, prepare a quotation, and measure marketing performance. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send to Erin. WhatsApp and LabWorks then process the information needed to respond to your request.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact reception@waterprooflab.co.za to exercise any of these rights.
